“inconsistent product information and incorrect product images, final balance for order is also wrong, the price in the cart with discount was cheaper than the secure checkout balance not applying the full 5%”

“Product is great. however, deliver said one to two days, it took them 8 days, no dispatch emails, no email from courrier to say when it would be delivered, good job i was in. Email questions were not answered, I had to call them! If i had known this I would have bought from somewhere else.”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry you couldn't find the delivery estimate on the product listing. If you email us with your order reference number we can advise an ETA for you. We don't currently accept American Express but do accept a variety of other payment methods. Regards Bathcenter Team

Thanks for the feedback regarding delivery date. We do contact customers with a delivery date once we have processed orders. Most orders are delivered with in 2-3 working days. As a small business we don't have the option to choose a delivery date at checkout at the moment but this is something we are hoping to incorporate in the future.
