“I never received my panel as they sent the wrong one out. Ok, these things happen, they said they would send the correct one out. A week later, its still not here, when I queried it I was told by Ameena delivery was attempted the day it was supposedly dispatched, when we were in all day. They also said they tried to call me, when no missed calls were received on the supposedly delivery day. Would not use them again and requested a refund.”

“Product is great. however, deliver said one to two days, it took them 8 days, no dispatch emails, no email from courrier to say when it would be delivered, good job i was in. Email questions were not answered, I had to call them! If i had known this I would have bought from somewhere else.”

“Great service, quick delivery exactly as expected and the bath is perfect. After a less than great experience with a major online bathroom retailer, I was so happy with Bathcenter and wish I’d found them sooner - could have saved a lot of money and hassle!”
