“There was a problem at the supplier end in the USA which caused a considerable delay but Helen and David were very reassuring. When the product arrived it was well worth the wait. “I've purchased a case for EWI USB. It is simple, durable and also has plenty of space for USB cables and straps. There are not many options for EWI USB cases, but the one I was looking for was a little shorter than the one i bought. “The bag was well made and came with nice accessories. But it was too short for my nyckleharpa, which I fixed by sawing an inch off the end. Next time I will be more precise in specifying the exact instrument length, instead of saying it is of standard dimensions.”

“This is not the best or most protective case for a clarinet but it is great for lightness and size. It's not ideal to keep the joints together all the time, as the corks start to compress. I would not use it as a rule but when muliple instruments are needed or lack of space are a problem, it is a lifesaver!”

“I had the end pin replaced on my double bass. Excellent quality pin fitted very neatly and I collected the bass the next day. Not cheap but I'm sure other local dealers would charge at least the same.”

“Very knowledgeable about the double bass pick-up I purchased. I ordered it in time for rehearsals but it didn't arrive. On chasing it up it was explained that the order from the German supplier/manufacturer had not materialised and was being pursued. It would have been helpful if an "out of stock" note was on the website and if I had also been told about this when I rang to place the order so I could have immediately chosen another model rather than do it a week later and only receive the item on the day of the first performance. All sorted in the end though!”
