“I was really pleased with the new double bass bag that I ordered which matched the description and had all the features I was looking for, including the fitted wheels and backpack straps. If fits my double bass perfectly, thanks to the size charts provided on the website. However, I was a little disappointed that the bag wasn't delivered in the 5 working days that the website stated it would be, and that I wasn't contacted to let me know that it was not going to be delivered within that time frame. This led to two failed delivery attempts by UPS, as I was back at work by the time the delivery took place, and ended up having to collect the parcel myself directly from the UPS depot.”

“The service was excellent. Of the two cases the VC10a was perfect but the VC30a needed some attention. Of the two screws holding the bow fittings the right hand screw was not screwed into the reinforcing properly. Had to realign the fitting which also made it easier to fit a full sized bow.”

“There was a problem at the supplier end in the USA which caused a considerable delay but Helen and David were very reassuring. When the product arrived it was well worth the wait. I am very happy with the GripMax synthetic gut strings. Great product! Thank you BassBags. Steve at Recaster Guitar Service.”
