“I was really pleased with the new double bass bag that I ordered which matched the description and had all the features I was looking for, including the fitted wheels and backpack straps. If fits my double bass perfectly, thanks to the size charts provided on the website. However, I was a little disappointed that the bag wasn't delivered in the 5 working days that the website stated it would be, and that I wasn't contacted to let me know that it was not going to be delivered within that time frame. This led to two failed delivery attempts by UPS, as I was back at work by the time the delivery took place, and ended up having to collect the parcel myself directly from the UPS depot.”

“I ordered a set of ‘cello strings from Bass Bags. They were competitively priced and arrived very quickly. The strings were high quality but unfortunately the A string snapped when I put it on. I contacted Bass Bags who sent me a replacement immediately. Excellent customer service! Thank you!”

“From an online company (not bass bags) I had 2 cellos come damaged therefore I called Bass Bags and had a discussion with David regarding the right cello for me, especially as I plan to hand this into my daughter when she is a little taller, and upgrade. What can I say- fantastic! From my first encounter. The cello is beautiful. The pegs are amazing! The strings David advised give my cello a beautiful tone. It feels as though the cello just gets better with age and use. The delivery communication was second to non. Texts and an exact birds eye view of where your cello is. Bass bags travel with a specialised van set up with temperature control etc for transporting instruments like this. How could I complain? This review was so very easy to write. Thankyou David and the team! (I live in south west and they are based in Derby- my next trip will be to Derby and to visit the shop floor and I can’t wait!)”
