We ordered a faulty cello case (it has not been opened as the zip is blocked).
We have written numerous emails and offered to send a video of the blocked zip - all to no avail. We only received one reply to about 7 emails. We have been waiting for the case to be collected and for a full refund. I have even had to shout at the lady, Helen, on the phone as she insists it left her shop in working order. I have been asking for a refund for two months. Nothing. I am absolutely furious and warned them a while ago I would have to leave such a review, as we need our money back! Her words to me were ‘you get what you pay for’ (!) and then she wondered why I hung up. I normally only leave good reviews, and have a business myself - but I just don’t know that I’m ever going to see my £140 again otherwise.
