Our cello case was supposed to take ‘5 working days’ but was ordered on 22nd of July and arrived 22nd August 2022!
It arrived faulty (we couldn’t open the zip) - but after over 20 emails later I was told by Helen ‘what did I expect for that money’ (£140 isn’t actually a small sum for many of us).
I ended up, two months later, finally getting a promise of a refund - but only after threatening further action!!!!
Disgraceful behaviour from a business.
I am also a business - my customers are always right.
