“This is just to say that the cello stool has arrived. Thank you so much for this. Your customer service is superb and it was so nice to see that you had included a card from ’Santa’ for my Down Syndrome grandson. The stool was for a Christmas present so I can't comment beyond this If you want to put this comment on your website you are welcome to do so.”

Hi Klaas, I’m sorry that your strings haven’t arrived yet, we shipped your strings on the same day that you ordered them. You should have received an email with the tracking information. I have tracked your shipment and it is currently going through customs clearance in the Netherlands. If customs require any information to aid clearance, they will contact you directly. “Excellent service in every way. I mistakenly ordered a David Gage Realist pickup, (which would not fit my bridge) instead of the Copperhead. It was Sunday, so they were closed. However, I rang to change the order on Monday morning and received the correct pickup the next day. Very efficient, helpful and friendly service. I will use this company again.”
