Hi Duncan, The Phil Jones Briefcase amp is indeed a genuinely outstanding bass amp. I'm sorry to hear you had a problem with delivery via Parcelforce. Although I know it's no consolation, Parcelforce is the best we have found, having tried numerous different delivery companies. We generally get very few problems with them. I will look into your delivery and check what the problem was to see if there is any way we could avoid it happening in the future. All the best, David.
