“Ordering was simple: Communication was instant: order arrived within 3 days even when I had clicked the 5 day free delivery. The Hidersine bass bag is an excellent product, lots of padding and plenty of grip handles for manoeuvring the bass in and out of the back of estate car. A well made and cost effective item.”

“The website description of the double bass stand I bought was extremely accurate and photographs helpful. I have limited height in my music room and needed to be sure the bass would fit on the stand below the very low ceiling. It was possible to work this out from the website, which was great. Equally the description, including the rubber protection on the side arms, which is essential to protect the instrument, was clearly described and shown”

“Excellent one-to-one customer service. They listen to what the customer actually needs and offer good advice on a variety of products. They were recommended to me by another bassist and I can see why. I've bought, and had fitted, a full set of strings by Bass Bags and they did a great job. The strings were at a good price and they didn't charge for fitting. They also accommodated me by fitting them on a Saturday. I've also bought Nyman's rosin from them following their recommendation. My stickier rosin was too sticky in the summer heat, and my powdery rosin was useless, so Nyman's hit the spot. I shall certainly shop there again. Thanks guys.”
