“I have used Baskets Galore on a few occassions now and as I am purchasing from Australia I have been very pleased that the goods have been delived on time, and exactly as advertised. They are good value and my recipients have been very pleased with the contents. It is also good to receive their update emails and then the confirmation that the goods have been received. I would rccommend them to anyone.”

“Hi I was looking for something special for my friend's baby shower in Manchester, and came across the BasketsGalore website. I chose a beautiful expectant mum gift basket, and it was delivered to my friend the very next day! She said the items inside were really good quality, and loved the organic pregnancy skincare gifts. I saw a picture and the packaging and presentation was perfect. I am so happy I found you Basketsgalore. Definitely recommend! Thanks so much!”

“Baskets Galore were professional and quick to answer my questions. My only suggestion would be to be able to choose a specific wine to ADD to an already existing hamper - would be great. Shiraz and Chardonnay are not the most popular wines.”

“I wasn't happy with your website. Although I was offered the option of multiple delivery addresses, when I got to that page, I couldn't figure that out. I started an online chat, which ended abruptly. However, when I called on the telephone, not convenient for me, as I'm not in the UK at the moment, the person at the other end couldn't have been more calm or helpful. 100% on that front.”

“My experience this time was not as good as previously. When i completed the order, I opted to pay by visa, filled in the data and was informed that the card was not acceptable. This is a perfectly normal Visa credit card, I was therefore obliged to use paypal, who had no problem with the same visa card. Secondly, the hamper was addressed to my daughter in London. An old address of hers, which she left some years ago, still existed as the "default"delivery address. I changed it to her new one but on close examination of the summary at the end of the operation, your site had decided to revert to the old address. As I write, I am waiting for your solution to the problem, best regards, John O'S”

“Really happy with the selection on the website and the description of the contents and the value. A return customer who had previously had a good shopping experience. Bought through IrishGourmet so really looking for Irish products. Would be great to see even more Irish products in the baskets, ie. saw some hampers with swiss chocolates, would have been great to get all Irish chocolate. Bought a cheese hamper as a gift for Christmas and the recipients were very happy with the delivery. We'll be back again.”

“Did not receive an email to confirm that hamper was on its way for delivery. When I phoned they said there was no tracking on system and that someone would ring/ email me with update. I phoned again at 4.50 pm and was told parcel had been delivered an hour ago! Still no email to confirm. Finally managed to track down parcel, it was delivered to a loading bay at far end of building not to the reception desk as promised. The hamper basket was small and half the food is in a separate cardboard box, this was not clear from description. Did not look very nice as a result. Have not had feedback on quality of food, this is meant to be a gift and I have to wait to hear from recipient.”

Hi Rema. We received your order yesterday. It was delivered this afternoon. We are sorry the tracking info. has been slower than normal to populate, this is a result of the huge number of packages going through the delivery networks so close to Xmas. The delivery address was a hospital. Courier companies have restricted access. We do explain this on our delivery page. This particular Basket contains a large Christmas Ham and smoked salmon, and as such it is necessary to ship it with an attractive gourmet chiller box. This sits alongside the gift wrapped Wicker Basket which is filled with the selection of ambient foods. We invest heavily in the presentational impact of our Gift Baskets, and trust you will appreciate the logistics,and thought that must go into shipping fresh foods. We have absolutely no doubt that the recipient will be delighted by the quality of the foods contained within. “My gift is not being delivered until next Tuesday, I hope it is perfect as it is very important to me. I would like to see a photo of how it looks when they receive it.
