“I really appreciated an online "chat" with Callum, he tried so hard to make things easy for me when our computer Screen were NOT n sync. So he sent me a form....what a good fellow! Excellent customer skills! I ended up calling in my order in the long run. Thx so much Callum!”

“Thoroughly professional service. Confirmation email received immediately after order placed and delivered as promised. My brother (the recipient), received a message from DHL the day prior to delivery so the chance to ensure somebody was home optimised. His comments were that the hamper was excellent quality and contained something for everyone I would definitely use Baskets Galore again.”

“I would like to update you on this parcel - whilst I am certain the delivery is wonderful I am still awaiting receipt of it. I highly recommend that you refrain from making use of DHL services for your deliveries as they are nothing but incompetent and unfortunately their lack of delivery reflects rather unfavourably on Baskets Galore and as such I will not be recommending your services to anyone. It is unfortunate that organisations that work in partnership with you tarnish your reputation. I suggest moving into 2017 that you review who you work with. Regards, One for annoyed customer”

“The Basket was delivered on the Day I asked for, But I also stated to be delivered in the Morning am or late Afternoon I also stated - DO NOT LEAVE WITH NEIGHBOURS. Which was ignored and the order was left with a neighbour. My Friend did eventually receive the basket and she seemed pleased with it. Being I live 250miles apart I am unable to say if I was pleased with the basket, I relied on your good will, and hoped it was. But overall I was pleased with the service.”
