“I didn't see the hamper so I gave it a good, but I was told it was lovely with a beautiful gold bow. She was very pleased. It was good to be able to make up my own as the items I chose were an odd mixture but things I knew she old love.”

“Always had a good experience with Baskets Galore, with one exception, the discount vouchers!!! The discount seems to mysteriously drop off orders between applying the code and when the order is finalised. As I haven't wanted to start the order again, have missed discounts on this and at least one previous occasion. Not sure if this happens when a change is made after applying the discount code....but it is annoying glitch, that I can not rule out as being somewhat suspect.”

Hi David. Sorry to hear you experienced issues with the "existing customer" loyalty discount codes. I can assure you that there is absolutely nothing untoward about them. Having reviewed your most recent orders, I think it might be a case of them not working due to the minimum order value not being met. We are sorry if the conditions weren't clear enough. “The item I ordered did not arrive on the date I scheduled. I ordered a basket as a birthday present for a close friend and so the delivery date was important. However, upon contacting the company with my complaint, their team were quick to address the issue. Although dissaponted that my basket did not arrive on the scheduled date, I am impressed by the team's quick response.”
