“I was very happy with the service. From the time I ordered online until the hamper was delivered I was kept informed. I like the way I can make up my own hamper and I will probably do that next time but this time I was in a rush. Thank you for a good service.”

“I couldn't find a basket that completely fitted my needs so I opted for the 'build your own'. I think it would be useful if you could add a bottle of wine to the baskets without any alcohol as I would have done with with one of your pre-packed hampers had it been an option”

Monday being a late bank holiday in UK caused some delays on a deliveries as couriers do not collect and do not deliver that day. “I have ordered two of these baskets now. I have been very pleased with both of them. It is really easy to order, everything in the basket is listed so you can tell what you are getting. They are presented really nicely in a lovely wicker basket, covered in cellophane and a ribbon tied around it. They make a really lovely gift. I have given them 4 stars. The only reason I have left a star off is the delivery, although it has always been delivered on the day stated, the delivery company cannot state what time on that day, they just say delivery will be by the end of the day. So you have to wait in all day for it to come. If they could just state even, morning or afternoon, it would be useful.”

Regarding a delivery, we use 3rd party courier companies to deliver our gifts, most of our couriers send a text messages to customers to advice an approx time of delivery and ways to reschedule. Your gift basket has been delivered by DHL we heard that they are testing this service and will introduce it to customers very shortly. You can always contact our customer service team and they will contact DHL for you to find out an approx time of delivery on a day. “Found the site ok to use but things could be made easier when selecting a custom basket. It got very repetitive going from the product to the basket on every item clicked and I think it would be better if you were able to complete shopping and select all the items you want before being forced to the basket.”

“Quite OK web site, I would appreciate more selection and ideally some search option allowing me to select gift hampers/baskets with my preferred content in more detail. I would also appreciate having an opportunity to modify hamper/basket or create my own. Also more payment options (credit card) would be great.”

“I didn't care for most of the pre-made baskets (especially they way they were gendered with men's and women's reading material), but the ability to build your own basket was quite good. There was a nice selection of items and I enjoyed being able to pick exactly what I wanted. More importantly, my girlfriend was thrilled when she received it and said the presentation was nice. Shipping costs were reasonable and it arrived exactly on time. Good experience overall.”

“I ordered this in haste for my niece and chose this hamper as it was most popular. I have pasted her feedback here. "Hamper very well presented, but quite a lot of air filled bags underneath contents so it looked like you were getting a lot more. I thought the variety of goodies is excellent and they all seem to be of very high quality. The wheaten & cranberry toasts were very hard for my liking, I had to watch my teeth & the flavour wasn't great, the oatcakes were much better. My only niggle would be the Best Before dates on some of the items, a couple of the cheeses & the nut butter had dates of 6th April compared to the longer dates on everything else. 4.5 out of 5”
