it was easy to order on line. I can't comment on the baskets ordered at the moment because they are not due to receive them until the 20/12/16. When they have received the baskets I will update review

Always had a good experience with Baskets Galore, with one exception, the discount vouchers!!! The discount seems to mysteriously drop off orders between applying the code and when the order is finalised. As I haven't wanted to start the order again, have missed discounts on this and at least one previous occasion. Not sure if this happens when a change is made after applying the discount code....but it is annoying glitch, that I can not rule out as being somewhat suspect.

Hi David. Sorry to hear you experienced issues with the "existing customer" loyalty discount codes. I can assure you that there is absolutely nothing untoward about them. Having reviewed your most recent orders, I think it might be a case of them not working due to the minimum order value not being met. We are sorry if the conditions weren't clear enough. Order process was easy and straightforward. Hasn't been delivered yet so cannot comment on the products but looked great!

Hello, Normally I would give you a much higher rating. I use you to send gifts to my uk friends. The baskets are always lovely. This time I found the website slow and clunky. I had trouble with the Visa verification and I couldn't skip past it. The instructions on the screen did not work. I ended up calling Visa and resolving things. As a result I missed getting the shipping date I wanted. I tried calling your number unfortunately the office was closed. A support line should be available for your over seas customers. Friend was happy, said box was huge, said name card was not very clear hidden on side, also she sent me photo but I couldn't see the dates packet... Hope all was there embarrassed to ask friend

I didn't have enough space to write my message in the card I purchased. I sent a message so I hope it was updated with the information I sent to the "Contact us" area as there was no other way for an international customer to deal with this issue. I think if you are offering cards you should give more space.

Hi Lisa, Thank you for your feedback. I apologise for any inconvenience you have experienced. We had replied to your email as your Gift Message was included no problem at all. A large portion of our customers are International, which is why we have several ways of communicating. Our Live Chat application is for fast responses during business hours. You can also Reply to your order confirmation email and we offer an Out of Hours service to the best of our ability. I had trouble using the pay by card but i called into the customer service desk and this was quickly resolved, the hamper is scheduled for delivery today

The quality of the items and the basket itself was really good. The delivery service reached out to my boyfriend to ask for more specific information on what to do about the delivery. He was really happy about the gift.

I was very happy with the service. From the time I ordered online until the hamper was delivered I was kept informed. I like the way I can make up my own hamper and I will probably do that next time but this time I was in a rush. Thank you for a good service.

I couldn't find a basket that completely fitted my needs so I opted for the 'build your own'. I think it would be useful if you could add a bottle of wine to the baskets without any alcohol as I would have done with with one of your pre-packed hampers had it been an option
