“There are so many choices of baskets and it seems very good value for what you get in them. Had a little problem with the payment site which was irritating as this was my first visit but when it did work it was very efficient. Overall the service has been good, just waiting for the delivery.”

“Loved the website and how easy it was to see the choices of baskets. I just would have liked a confirmation email after I placed my order to reassure me that my order went through and the date it would be expected to deliver. I hope it all goes through ok.”

“From search to purchase to delivery was very easy. You had a nice selection of gifts and the person that received the purchased basket was very happy ( which was the main priority). Thank you”

“There were issues with the web site on my first few attempts but came back the next day and it was good. I would like to suggest some more healthy option baskets even as treats as this would provide good options when picking gifts.”

“EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY FINE WITH THE HAMPER WHICH MY WIFE REALLY LIKED. BUT, IF I ORDER A FRIDAY DELIVERY FOR THIS TYPE OF PRODUCT I EXPECT A FRIDAY DELIVERY.”

“I am very pleased as to the instant help I got by Lucas I was ordering for the 15th but by the time I reviewed my order before confirming it said I wasn't able to and my only option was the 16th luckily when I spoke to Lucas he said he could my order through for the 15th as the couriers were still there it was very nice to know that my delivery would be delivered by the 15th and he was very helpful, it would be good if there was a Sunday delivery but all in all the prices and service was great”

“My daughter was very happy and surprised with the basket. Delivered on time. Getting to navigate the online forms and payment though was very negative. I eventually had to e-mail to resolve which took a couple of days as I am in Canada. Seriously thought of going elsewhere, but as I had time, went through the hoops as I knew you would do a good job if I ever got through the online ordering.”

“Thank you for prompt delivery. Looks good on the whole but the ribbon and bow look as though it had to be tied several times and as a result doesn't look new. Sellophane torn at the side. Will be passing to recipient tomorrow. Hope they don't think I have tied the bow.”

“It took me ages to choose, literally hours, because I couldn't find what I wanted, which would've been more of a selection, instead of all sweets, or mostly smellies, or mostly biscuits. I would've liked to see a basket of all the nicest things, and I found it difficult to find what I think my sister would like. She's in her late 40's, so would've liked the following in her basket, up to a value of £40-50. I'd've liked:- 1 nice pack of biscuits, (like the shortbread), a nice cake, (such as the spiced apple), a bottle of wine perhaps (such as prosecco), a magazine, perhaps a pot plant of the pink roses, maybe a mug (but only if it still within budget), a tub or tube of nice lotion/body butter, & the option to add candles & a foil birthday balloon. Why aren't there add-ons at the checkout? Ie balloon, card, etc (So that any basket can potentially be a birthday gift instead of the specific birthday ones already shown).”

Hi Niki, Thank you very much for your feedback. We completely understand there may not be a perfect pre-designed basket for everyone and so that is why we offer a "Create Your Own" option. We just wanted to let you know about it in case you missed it this time. You can access it here: http://createyourowngiftbasket.co.uk/ Every gift basket comes with a gift card, so if you include a birthday message we will automatically include a birthday card rather than you having to add one on. There are upgraded gift cards available on the CYO site too. Unfortunately balloons aren't always an option with every gift basket and hamper combination, as they are carefully designed to fit into the delivery cartons, but if you ever wish to add a product please just live chat with us or drop us an email and we're happy to advise. “Everything was delivered and we were very happy? However, the delivery options are not at all clear on the website, please make them clearer. We have no idea what the difference between standard and express is, the "next day delivery' option does not exist, and it is really unclear. We have no clue when the item will be delivered; thanks”

Hi Dominic, thank you for your feedback. We were sorry to hear you were confused by the delivery options. In this case the 'Express' option is the next day option and the little calendar at checkout allows you to select your preferred delivery day so as you know when it is scheduled to arrive. “You have very helpful staff but the order has not yet been delivered so we do not know yet how efficient you will be with this order. Incidentally, we found an error in the spelling of the name of the people being sent the basket. We telephoned and a helpful lady accepted the correction and promptly sent a confirmatory email showing the revised order details. Thank you.”

“My best friend loved her customized basket for Christmas. Only issue i had was the delivery date. I picked the Friday but it arrived the Monday. Friend still received gift in plenty of time for Christmas so was all good regardless. Would shop there again.”

“I live in australia and really appreciated how easy and straight forward it was to organise for a basket to be delivered to my nan and granddad in the UK for Christmas. It was a little bit pricey but well worth it as they loved it. My only complaint is that there was an option to put a card in with a personalised message which I selected, but it wasn't put in the basket meaning that my nan and granddad had no idea who the basket was from ( I wanted it to be a surprise and didn't want to ruin it by asking them if they had recieved it). All in all though I would definitely use your service again, so thank you :)”

Hi Lauren, Thank you very much for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your grandparents were unsure who the gift was from. During December the gift card is attached to the outside of the delivery box and is marked in green. The recipients simply peel this back to reveal their message. We take great care to include a message with each gift as it is of course a vital part of the process. Do you happen to know if this green card was missing please and we will of course investigate with the delivery company? Or perhaps it was just missed in the eagerness to open the box. Our gifts are also delivered in branded boxes so as the recipients can contact us with any queries. From Jan-Nov the gift message is located inside the box in a white envelope. “Was very pleased to be able to obtain a very much value for money, last minute gift, (Christmas eve!) to send to an on the move son, overseas. Considered the more prestigious grocers but decided that the contents for loved ones spending Christmas away from home were more important than the label! “Easy to follow website. Quick delivery with lovely packaging. Good quality products. Was disappointed with one product- feedback emailed to company. I was visiting Ireland so gave my English contact mobile but was told delivery man in cork won't call an English mobile need to supply Irish number to confirm delivery?? Not sure what would happen if u had no Irish phone number.”
