We purchased the get well soon boredom basket. The basket was fantastic, great idea with other items included instead of just fruit or flowers. My only complaint is the delivery charge was extortionate when there was no need, stating that we were remote location, we are just outside Aberdeen city definitely not remote! Even checked the delivery company they utilised costs and it was under this amount we were charged a flat rate £19.99, which was ridiculous. I would imagine this will put off other buyers.

However, it is disappointing to hear the delivery charge for your Order has shadowed the great experience you had so far with BG. Unfortunately, this is the charge made by our Third Party Courier, as the Postcode is registered as Remote. There are no hidden costs in our Gift Baskets and we charge exactly what the couriers do for delivery, this could be why the costs may seem unsuitable. Beautiful selection of baskets. We are in the U.S. with family in the U.K. A new baby has arrived and we were delighted to find the perfect new baby welcome basket!!! The process was relatively easy until the paypal option which failed multiple times and I had to go through the process again and pay by a credit card - which cost a surcharge as I use Amex. Whereas my paypal is tied to my Amex and would not have resulted in a surcharge. or perhaps that was the problem?? Hopefully this little glitch is fixed as paying by paypal is preferred.

I paid for a Saturday delivery but it was not made, delivery company carded the delivery and took it back to the depot. I cannot understand why as there were people in the house i get the impression they really did not try very hard. Product once received was great and the site and checkout was good which is why i have given an overall Good rating.

I live overseas and my parents live in the UK so being able to order something online for delivery is vital. I loved the fact I could design my own basket - including everything they liked. Easy site to use and prompt delivery with status updates along the way. I will definitely use again in the future!

There are so many choices of baskets and it seems very good value for what you get in them. Had a little problem with the payment site which was irritating as this was my first visit but when it did work it was very efficient. Overall the service has been good, just waiting for the delivery.

Loved the website and how easy it was to see the choices of baskets. I just would have liked a confirmation email after I placed my order to reassure me that my order went through and the date it would be expected to deliver. I hope it all goes through ok.

There were issues with the web site on my first few attempts but came back the next day and it was good. I would like to suggest some more healthy option baskets even as treats as this would provide good options when picking gifts.

EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY FINE WITH THE HAMPER WHICH MY WIFE REALLY LIKED. BUT, IF I ORDER A FRIDAY DELIVERY FOR THIS TYPE OF PRODUCT I EXPECT A FRIDAY DELIVERY.

I am very pleased as to the instant help I got by Lucas I was ordering for the 15th but by the time I reviewed my order before confirming it said I wasn't able to and my only option was the 16th luckily when I spoke to Lucas he said he could my order through for the 15th as the couriers were still there it was very nice to know that my delivery would be delivered by the 15th and he was very helpful, it would be good if there was a Sunday delivery but all in all the prices and service was great

My daughter was very happy and surprised with the basket. Delivered on time. Getting to navigate the online forms and payment though was very negative. I eventually had to e-mail to resolve which took a couple of days as I am in Canada. Seriously thought of going elsewhere, but as I had time, went through the hoops as I knew you would do a good job if I ever got through the online ordering.

Thank you for prompt delivery. Looks good on the whole but the ribbon and bow look as though it had to be tied several times and as a result doesn't look new. Sellophane torn at the side. Will be passing to recipient tomorrow. Hope they don't think I have tied the bow.

It took me ages to choose, literally hours, because I couldn't find what I wanted, which would've been more of a selection, instead of all sweets, or mostly smellies, or mostly biscuits. I would've liked to see a basket of all the nicest things, and I found it difficult to find what I think my sister would like. She's in her late 40's, so would've liked the following in her basket, up to a value of £40-50. I'd've liked:- 1 nice pack of biscuits, (like the shortbread), a nice cake, (such as the spiced apple), a bottle of wine perhaps (such as prosecco), a magazine, perhaps a pot plant of the pink roses, maybe a mug (but only if it still within budget), a tub or tube of nice lotion/body butter, & the option to add candles & a foil birthday balloon. Why aren't there add-ons at the checkout? Ie balloon, card, etc (So that any basket can potentially be a birthday gift instead of the specific birthday ones already shown).

We just wanted to let you know about it in case you missed it this time. You can access it here: http://createyourowngiftbasket.co.uk/ Every gift basket comes with a gift card, so if you include a birthday message we will automatically include a birthday card rather than you having to add one on. There are upgraded gift cards available on the CYO site too. Unfortunately balloons aren't always an option with every gift basket and hamper combination, as they are carefully designed to fit into the delivery cartons, but if you ever wish to add a product please just live chat with us or drop us an email and we're happy to advise.
