“I was looking for a gift for my mother who is difficult to buy for as she needs nothing. I found a basket to fit the bill full of special tasty treats I know she will love. Baskets Galore are thoughtfully put together and not full of the usual cheese straws and wine that will still be sitting in the cupboard next year.”

“The service was great even though we had to use the chat now email system as the select address section wouldn't work for us. In the end the person ( Lucus) did the order for us and organise for us to BPay. Overall good customer service in a challenging situation”

“I was very impressed with how quickly the order was filled and despatched. I found the website order form very user friendly. The range and selection of products, baskets etc is excellent. “We live in the US and have relatives in Ireland. Over the years, when we have mailed gifts, the postage has sometimes exceeded the actual gift. “I shop with Baskets Galore every year for my mother's Xmas present. She loves them. This year I had some issues with my Maestro card - however the customer care team was very helpful in resolving and when I called them they processed the transaction over the phone.”

“Excellent way of ordering a hamper, very impressed. I wasn't aware though, until I spoke to customer services, that you could add items into any hamper, so maybe if that is made aware more clearly on your website that would be beneficial to other customers. Thought this was a really good idea. Thanks Ann Chesworth”

“Your hampers displayed on the website are very good & the detail excellent, what I found frustrating was the sites purchase process , I had to go through the process twice in order to change the delivery address and when it said at the purchase page to view all details including the delivery address for some reason it did no show the delivery address. This meant I had to go back and re-enter everything. However I did get there and I am hopeful the deliver will go smoothly.”

“Great variety of hampers I was really surprised how many there were and to cover every occasion, especially as I needed one that didn't contain alcohol. Very easy to order (believe me I'm not one for ordering on line but found this very easy to do.) normally stresses me out. So top marks from me on that point. As this is a gift for someone cannot comment on the contents of the hamper but I'm sure they will be really pleased.”
