“I live overseas so for the past few years have ordered hampers online as gifts for family members. Yesterday I was delighted to find the Baskets Galore site which has an excellent choice of hampers. In particular, I was very impressed by the range of non-alcoholic hampers on offer, something I have not found on other websites. The website is easy to use and payment through paypal offers peace of mind. I have already recommended this site to a couple of other ex-pat friends and will definitely be mentioning it to others.”

“I had a problem when ordering and trying to enter a shipping address different to the billing address. In the end I had to enter wrong information ie enter the shipping address as an alternative billing address (in the "My account" section) for the order to proceed to the payment section. Where you have to enter a default billing address you show a tick box (for billing). However you also ask for a default shipping address but when you enter it there is no tick box to say "shipping address". As your business is basically people sending gifts to addresses other than their own home address it should be a lot simpler. It took me OVER AN HOUR last night to process the order for 1 hamper. (I had a similar problem last year when I ordered 3 hampers for 3 addresses in County Dublin but gave up trying to order online and phoned you instead). Last night being a Sunday I persisted with the online order until I got it completed. To give you a comparison I logged onto Ryanair's website yesterday, selected and booked return flights Stansted to Dublin next week, plus a hire car : TIME TAKEN 7 MINUTES!!”

“Offering me discount of £2.50 is indeed a joke really. I like your service and my recipients are pleased with the baskets so that part is excellent. However I just spent over £300 so your offer of a such a minor discount really is not even worth considering. I only completed this survey to let you know how I felt about that.”

“BasketsGalore find the best quality hampers for you then deliver on time, they want you to be happy and if your not satisfied they will arrange something out for you. They give you good advice promply if you have a question and also let you know if you make a mistake on your order, "like I did" I guarantee you will be happy as I am.”

“We sent a wine hamper over to my mother in law and it includes red and white wine and chocolates. The delivery was exactly when they said, the delivery person was very polite and suffice to say my mother in law was very happy with our present. “I ordered my first basket as a part wedding present for a very old friend and he was delighted with the presentation and content. I have just ordered a second basket for my father as his Christmas present, so will see him opening his suprise on Christmas day. The baskets appear to be good value with a wide range of options to suit many occasions. The easy to use website makes choosing simple.”
