“Thank you for your prompt filling and delivery of my two orders. I used you last year for the first time because I was late in ordering, but the orders arrived in time for Christmas. The only thing, when I dealt with Gifts.ie they only charged me for one delivery charge when the baskets went to the same address. Could this be arranged for next year and how would I do this? That is quite a savings. Patricia Schmahl”

“The order process was reasonably easy, however I needed to have 2 items shipped to 2 different addresses and I could not get it to take the second address. I called them and had to complete the order and them email them with instructions on where to send the second basket. Also as I was using a UK credit card and I live in the US I had a problem with verification of the card and had to call HSBC to get that completed so overall it took about 2 hours to get the order placed. When I called Baskets Galore they were very helpful, however they were busy and my issues were taking longer than they had liked.”

“Its quite difficult arranging gifts from so far away and there's always the worry that they aren't what you ordered. I have been using Baskets Galore for three years now and the recipients of the baskets have been thrilled each time their gift arrives full of interesting goodies and beautifully presented. The service Baskets Galore is professional prompt and trustworthy ,well done . Also the online help was very good thank you for solving that small niggle I couldn't sort, many thanks! “I send one of these hampers to my parents each year for Christmas. They thoroughly enjoy them. However, I find the ordering process frustrating each year. It's impossible to remember logins and passwords when you only use them once a year. I have not been able to find a way for an occasional user to order without logging in. This would make the ordering experience much less frustrating.”

“I was pleased with the website and offerings, though the prices did seem a bit high. Checking out was less pleasurable. It would be nice to have a guest checkout option, for people who prefer not to register an account. Registration seemed to take too long, with some repeat steps necessary (entering the same address or post code twice). Shipping rates seem unusually high (but I am a US customer, so this may just be a national difference). Also could have used more space on the personal note. Overall, still happy with my purchase.”

“The assortment grows apace each year and the choice correspondingly wider and taking longer to select. If you speak German, you will know the phrase "die Qual der Wahl". Yours is a very seasonal business so your efforts to meet peak demand over Christmas are much appreciated. This year I had to wait several minutes to get on to the secure website to pay and in the end had to go back and try again - this time successfully. It certainly won't put me off next time.”

“Basket was purchased as a gift so I won't find out how good/bad/indifferent it was u till after Christmas. But , will definitely let you know. I have to say that your hampers appeared to be the only ones with proper food in them. Not really into oat biscuits so smoked salmon and ham sounded goof”
