“I cannot write a review of the contents as I don't have full feedback on the people who received them, but I would say that my experience ordering was exceptional. I needed to make amendments to my order, so I used the live chat, and the person I spoke to was helpful, friendly and professional. A follow up email was sent confirming my amendments, and the items were delivered on time. The tracking worked and I was happy with my overall experience. I would give a Very Good rating, but as I mentioned, I haven't had enough feedback from the recipients.”

Hi Rochelle, I am sorry that the bunny colour was pink, instead of neutral. This was a mistake by the packing team at a very busy time of year - there are literally hundreds of bunnies everywhere! “The chat service was amazing, i spoke to Lauren and indicated i wanted no alcohol and no animal products. I also asked for next day delivery. She gave me the option to swap out products and promised to try for next day delivery despite the difficult weather conditions. The package arrived on time which was fantastic! The only negative (and hence 4 stars instead of 5) was that the chocolate cake was a rum cake! This is a problem due to religious belief ...it also caused me some embarrassment as i proudly told them that they could be assured i had checked for both animal products and alcohol. It would be good if an alternative chocolate cake without alcohol could be sent (perhaps with some candles?) and an apology for the mistake.”

“The basket wasn't delivered on my sister's birthday as scheduled which was a great disappointment. I ordered one last year and it was but this year something went wrong and the basket was delivery a few days later. The issue was with the delivery company though. The basket was lovely and my sister was very pleased después the little mishap.”

“The web site is easy to use and postage rate clear. In particular, I love the ability to send a gift basket to another person as a Christmas gift and arrange delivery directly to them at a suitable time for Christmas. However, I really wish that there were a few more options for baskets containing no alcohol or perishable goods. The one I chose (The Jupiter) contained the sort of products I wanted to send, but was more expensive than I really wanted, but there was very little choice without wine. Perhaps a bigger range of baskets, but with the bottles of wine added as an optional extra - you might get more customers that way.”
