Not a bad service and the product was well received but I was annoyed when a "discount code" they had given me for repeat orders didn't work on my next order.

Sorry - you're a bit premature with this as the hamper hasn't yet arrived let alone got to the recipient I've chosen the middle ground for a rating as I can't submit without choosing something

Living in Wisconsin, USA and ordering gifts on line I always worry about the quality of the good and the arrival in a good condition. Ordering from Baskets Galore I do not have to worry, as the baskets arrive on time and our families are very pleased.

I hope you have not yet delivered the basket. I specified Dec 22 as the delivery date - as close as I could to Xmas day. Other than this, your website was easy to use and I did not have any difficulty submitting my order.

The recipient liked their basket and it was good value, however the delivery charge was half the price of the basket, which I found way too expensive.

Hello, Normally I would give you a much higher rating. I use you to send gifts to my uk friends. The baskets are always lovely. This time I found the website slow and clunky. I had trouble with the Visa verification and I couldn't skip past it. The instructions on the screen did not work. I ended up calling Visa and resolving things. As a result I missed getting the shipping date I wanted. I tried calling your number unfortunately the office was closed. A support line should be available for your over seas customers. Please improve your web buying experience. Best Regards, Monica

The best review would be from our daughter, who upon receiving the hamper at her flat in Musselburgh texted: "Holy schnikes!" I don't think that needs a translation in any language.

Ordered for a Christmas gift. Brilliant service, amazing value too ! The contents were displayed and packed beautifully in a lovely basket, covered in cellophane and had a gorgeous hand tied bow around it. It looks so luxurious and very classy ! Thank you so much !

After researching hamper/basket gifts thoroughly, I came to realize that BasketsGalore offered the best gift hampers, with the most interesting and numerous items for the cost. Buying them was very easy and I love the address functionality, ie. you can buy many at once and allocate difference recipient addresses to each hamper purchased and then the system saves the addresses for future gift giving - Christmas shopping organized and done for this year and for years to come. In addition, the feedback from the friends who I gifted Galore baskets to last year was of high praise only - they really enjoyed their baskets.

I live in Canada and have ordered a Baskets Galore gift basket for my family in Scotland for the last several years. They have always been delighted with the quality and quantity of the goods. Delivery was requested 12 days in advance. The gift was not delivered. I'm very disappointed with the customer service.

We are so very sorry that your Gift Basket was not delivered on your requested date. The delivery company have confirmed that the driver ran into engine difficulties on Friday, and as a result "timed out." We do apologise. Delivery was made on the next available delivery date just before lunch on Monday. It is always our intention to provide a shopping and delivery service that exceeds our customer's expectations. I was disappointed that I ordered the basket on a Saturday and it only arrived on Thursday 17 Nov. And the little girl had already left hospital. I had really wanted it to reach her whilst she was in hospital. I don't know what the basket was like - I am sure it was lovely but it was just the timing that was the issue. I paid from South Africa so it cost me a lot of money due to the poor rand conversion. Thank you.

We are very sorry that delivery was not able to be made on the date you intended. Unfortunately delivery failed to the hospital as the ward name was not provided. You will see that we contacted you via email on two occasions to request this. Our checkout process also does stipulate that a ward name is needed for hospital deliveries. . We provide a complimentary delivery tracking service, and when we noticed that there was an issue we intervened immediately. We liased with both the delivery company and the patient's parents, and tried to get a message to the driver so delivery would be able to be made that day. Unfortunately this wasn't possible, and the next best solution was scheduling a second delivery attempt to the home address instead. We absorbed the delivery charge incurred for this, and kept you informed. We trust you will appreciate that we did everything in our power to assist.
