I have ordered 3 hampers from Baskets Galore. The first delivery was a huge mess but was sorted very promptly by your management. The second delivery was perfect, considering it was delivered to a ward in the Great Ormond Street Hospital, and the last delivery should happen in a week or so. The contents of your hampers are very good quality and offer a great variety of goods. I am in Australia so am sending this hamper to my daughter and son-in-law in London as we can't be together. I will use your company again for their special occasions. Many thanks. Dianne McConville (a good Irish name !!).

First time using this website and I am sending basket as a get well gift. I won't get to see basket so I can't pass any comment on it yet. I missed the section to include a message, not sure if that was my fault or it wasn't very obvious. You kindly followed up noticing my error. I unfortunately I didn't get back to you on time. Will review again if requested after delivery.

Easy to see details of each hamper. Also liked the way separate delivery details could be assigned to each hamper easily from drop-down menus and personalised messages added at no extra cost. Overall, very easy to use the website.

Your order appears to have been dealt with promptly. If you will excuse the pun, the prodf of the pudding will be in its safe delivery !

My basket hasn't been delivered yet so will send a review once I hear back from my family. My only advice would be to have a "compare" button so that you could choose a few options and have them pop up side by side to compare the specs. It would make shopping easier!!

Really pleased with my basket and in general with the service. I requested help with compiling a bespoke basket so that it would contain no nuts or nut traces (not a service I could find anywhere else!). It took several days corresponding through the website to get this sorted out. Once it was, the staff member Lauren was very helpful and made changes to ensure the basket was as I required. Just one other point. I asked for it to be delivered on a Friday and it actually turned up the day before. Great in one way, but there was a possibility I would not have been in. Luckily, I was :-) Catherine P.

The ordering process is well set up and easy to use. However, there did not seem to be a place where one could add a message to go with the basket. If there was one on the initial page I missed it - it would be helpful if one had the opportunity to add such a message at any point in the ordering process.

The web site is excellent showing all the various selections of gift baskets you offer and describing them well. The only problem I had was the Password- didn't have one, and did not know one needed to be created, or what for. Did not explain it needed to be 6 characters- I sent a note on the Chat line and your fellow, sorry I forget his name, was very helpful. I would explain the password better, or eliminate it completely unless you need it for something. You guys take care- lot of crazy stuff happening over there; here as well. Gary Romes

Lovely hampers, beautifully packed, and you get a lot for what you pay. The only downfall is that a day before delivery was supposed to be scheduled i received an email saying that one piece of the hamper is missing so delivery had to be delayed , which is a shame as i really needed the hamper to get delivered on the chosen date. Had the stock been checked at least 2 days prior to scheduled delivery, we could have averted the whole situation. Nonetheless i understand it is a busy time especially for gifts so it is completely understandable... recommendable!!

An easy to use site with good variety of gifts. The checkout lengthy because I was sending directly to someone else but it wasn't difficult. As with all sites the important thing was that they had what I wanted.

Your internet service for someone living in Australia and wanting a UK delivery is quick and efficient. The description of the products looks good. Shipping costs a little steep.

Morning, Writing from Australia, arranged a basket from here for people in the UK, I did want to add something extra to the hamper and sent through a question to your staff which was quickly answered and found the process very easy and well organised. It was quite expensive however the contents appears to be good quality and the reason I went this way was because it was cheaper than sending something from Australia. Very happy with whole process. It had been a couple of years since I last used your hamper service and I could not remember that I had even opened an account with you, let alone what my password was. So I went in to your website as if I was a new user, but because you had my email on record, your system would not let me do this. So I had to go through the process of asking for a new password and this took me three goes before I finally got the new password. So I found my initial attempt to use your service very difficult and abandoned my order. A couple of days later I went back in with the new password and had no trouble placing my order and my overall rating of "good" relates to that. However, as someone who uses online systems a lot and usually has no problems, I was surprised at the difficulty of changing my password the first time and wonder if you should check out your system around that procedure.

I am not that familiar with the Uk adresses and once i entered the address it kept telling me that I had the wrong postal code. Would also be good if you had a money converter for currency so i can tell without using one myself what the actually cost is in Canadian dollars. Thank-you Brenda Gillis PRAXES Medical Group

I ordered from Canada for a delivery in England and found it so much easier than I expected. The online chat was especially helpful as I had a few questions, and I got great guidance this way.
