“The Hamper was received as being great with a great selection. However it took a long time to make the selection and even longer to get the order and payment program to operate properly. Almost cancelled the order in frustration with your order system which made it difficult to select and PayPal.”

“The BasketsGalore website is excellent, and very easy to navigate. The assortment of products and prices is amazing. This year I was placing a repeat order from last season. I was having a bit of difficulty completing the order but when I sent an email to the Help department they were able to pull up all the necessary information from my file. My order was placed effortlessly! Although I was a bit disappointed that Christmas deliveries were limited to Fridays, my gift has been successfully delivered - and received with pleasure.”

“My order arrived safely on my chosen day, which I found very convenient. I opened the outer box to find the hamper well cushioned in bubble wrap. As this is a gift, I haven't inspected the actual contents, but I expect them to be of the same good quality as my previous purchase. I feel proud to support an excellent local business. “I sent a hamper of lovely sweet treats and teas to my best friend who had just lost her Dad. I sent this so she could share with her Sister & Mum, I have known the whole family for 25 years, and it was a way of sending comfort...a Hug in a Hamper.”
