“I knew what I wanted but had no idea where I would find it, or whether the price would be competitive when I did. Barnitts not only had the very item I was looking for, it was coincidentally the keenest price I could find anywhere. My order was acknowledged immediately and three working days later (as promised), the item arrived by courier. I have added Barnitts to my 'favourites' list and will use them regularly in future. Well done!”

“Excellent bin and at really good price and so pleased with it. BUT - unfortunately the custmers service side needs to be looked at. I telephoned 9 times and each time I got a recorded message, I sent emails with no reply. it was not until I telephoned the store and spoke to a manager that I got any feedback regarding delivery of my order. will I use them again - YES...”

“After submitting an online order, I received a personalised (i.e. not automated) email from an individually named person at Barnitts advising me that the item I had ordered was out of stock. He had contacted the manufacturer to check the situation and there was some doubt as to when they would be able to deliver new supplies of the particular item. He was very apologetic, but he had actually taken the trouble to find and suggest 4 other products of similar style and quality. He left me to choose between cancelling the order or changing to one of the suggested products, and let him know how I wished to proceed. I decided to take one of the suggestions and it arrived 2 or 3 days later. I am delighted with it and with the level of service.”
