“I haven't shopped with you before but I was visiting the area and popped in. So many thing I could have taken home, but I DID see something that was looking for and bought them. Then once I got home I ordered the rest of them as I couldn't trust that wouldn't have broken them on the train home. Excellent service as they arrived within a few days and securely packaged against breakage. I will be shopping again once I've moved, and have already shared your online store. “I have been searching for a suitable clock for quite some time now, but after hunting around I just couldn't find the right one. Having visited York (my favourite city) many times over the years, and having purchased a travel clock on my last visit, I checked out the Barnitts website to see if they had what I was looking for. Guess what! they came to my rescue with exactly what I wanted, I ordered my clock on a Monday evening, and it arrived (well packaged) on the Wednesday morning. I did consider another in-person visit to the store, but perhaps that might have been a little too extravagant due to the circa 176 mile round trip involved. Excellent service 👏”
