“Excellent customer service from Barnitts. I ordered replacement glass shades for my Dar Aurelia light fitting, and unfortunately one of the shades arrived damaged during delivery. I contacted their web-sales team with photos, and they responded very quickly, apologised immediately, and arranged a replacement the same day with no hassle at all. Very professional, polite, and helpful service throughout. The spare parts were exactly as described and very carefully packaged. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely looks after its customers. I would happily order from Barnitts again and highly recommend them for lighting and spare parts. Thank you again to the team”
