“Item out off stock, I had to do my own research into this product as I was waiting a week and did not hear anything regarding delivery. I found out it has been discontinued. Why do company’s still sell products that are out off stock. Great just great. They did refund me fat so that was good.”

“What a breath of fresh air this company are - brilliant service from start to finish. I ordered some dog toy balls and they only like a certain one and I asked if I could have just a certain one only , the very kind person responded to my email very quickly- with a positive and happy attitude and next day they were in my lounge with my fur babies playing- thank you again for just fantastic service.”

“We always made a point of going to Barnitts when visiting York because their range of stock is impressive. This is the first time we have used their on-line system and have been impressed. The pop-up penguin we bought was in perfect condition, well packed and shipped promptly, and looked even better in real life than in the pictures - and the price was very good too!”

“We visited York in Oct and went into the shop. I purchased a table top tree in silver but regretted not getting the gold one. So when i returned home I placed an order for a gold tree on 29 Oct and it was received within a few days. It was well packaged and the item was in excellent condition.”
