“12.1.26 Ordered Rug Runner online as it showed 1 left. However it never turned up. I rang on 19.1.26 to chase up. Spoke to Jamie Vaughn who Told me website was incorrect and none left. No one advised me of this. Was told by Jamie that he would order runner by special delivery. Never turned up. Rang today 2.2.26 to chase delivery spoke to Jamie Vaughn who said he would chase and get back to me. Never got back to me to explain. Just sent an email saying unavailable and a further email refunding my payment. Disappointing service. Shouldnt have to chase up. No communication whatsoever. Will not be purchasing from this Company again.”
