“Was trying to find the same lights that I got from a different shop last year and found them here. Had never used Barnitts before but the lights came quickly and worked. They are slightly different to the ones I already had but not noticeably so - these ones aren't static and the screw on bulb cover is slightly different, to be honest it looks like an upgrade which is absolutely fine. Didn't need customer service but they did send update emails with tracking info and lights were well packaged. Would use this site again 👍”

“During a recent short break to York we happened upon Barnitts and saw an LED Reindeer in their window which we thought would look great at home. We had travelled by train and weren't keen on risking damage on our return journey so I ordered it online later that evening (26 Nov), returned home 27 Nov and the ornament was delivered by safe and sound by Royal Mail at 4.15pm on 29 Nov. Great service and delighted with our purchase.”

“I have been looking for these particular mugs for several weeks. So pleased to find them at Barnitts at a competitive price. Service was excellent as I made a mistake when ordering & someone from the store picked up on it and called me to check the details. Shipped on time, extremely well packaged. “Item out off stock, I had to do my own research into this product as I was waiting a week and did not hear anything regarding delivery. I found out it has been discontinued. Why do company’s still sell products that are out off stock. Great just great. They did refund me fat so that was good.”

“What a breath of fresh air this company are - brilliant service from start to finish. I ordered some dog toy balls and they only like a certain one and I asked if I could have just a certain one only , the very kind person responded to my email very quickly- with a positive and happy attitude and next day they were in my lounge with my fur babies playing- thank you again for just fantastic service.”
