“I bought a fibre optic Christmas Tree which was delivered to me on Wednesday the 16th of December. Disappointingly by the Friday it has stopped working properly. The red and pink lights have gone altogether. It's now Monday the 22nd and my tree seems on its last legs and keeps switching off. Not sure how I should rate this order as ' poor' sounds like an understatement. Kind regards Emilia”

“Excellent service. I compared the price of the kettle I was buying and found it cheapest on Barnitts' website. Ordering was simple, it was quickly dispatched and delivered exactly as advised. Packaging was very good too. Have put Barnitts on my 'go to' list and would definitely use them again.”

“The service from Barnitts was exceptional and I was kept informed of delivery dates, as the item a Dualit Espresso Coffee Maker was out of stock at the time of ordering. It arrived when it said it would and as it's a Christmas present I had no worries about it not arriving on time.”

“Delivered at the moment delivery was expected well wrapped in perfect condition. All for less than a celebrated partnership advertised and at no cost for delivery. Brilliant. Wouldn't expect anything else from this long established locally lauded business. Top marks to James the delivery man from DPD too. On time and smiling.”
