“I found exactly what I wanted at a good price and though it wasn't in stock, I had an accurate forecast of when it would arrive and it did so! An excellent way to shop for things you know you want and can't find!”

“Excellent customer service! Item was good value compared to other stores, even with delivery costs. Arrived damaged two days before Christmas and after a quick email a replacement was sent out no quibble for Christmas eve. Wish there was a store near me!”

“Excellent service, from start to finish. Ordered over phone as item I wanted was in a leaflet dropped through my letterbox but not on the website and I have to say my order was received in a truly professional manor with old fashioned values that sadly don't exist with most businesses nowadays. “The clothes airier I purchased is excellent quality, and will no doubt last a long time. My only complaint is you do not offer an alternative delivery address. Many people, including myself have mail order items delivered to a work address to avoid missing the courier. Otherwise excellent service. John”

“A fireguard I ordered arrived damagaed due, it seemed, to inadquate interior packing. Having telephoned to report this (and sent a picture, as requested, via my mobile phone to a member of staff willing to give me her own number), I was asured that a replacement would be on its way. It was to be despatched on the Tuesday of Christmas week and to arrive in Northern Ireland on Christmas Eve. This was done with maximum efficiency. I was told that the courier would collect the damaged item and it was securely packed. He took he package although rather reluctantly, seeming a little puzzled. Anyway, thank you for your excellent attention.”

“The item I bought was out of stock but when I enquired about getting it for Christmas I got an immediate reply saying they would find out when it would be available. A few days later I was told that it would be in by the weekend and told when to expect it delivered. Not only did they keep their word but they also emailed me to advise about expected delivery times and what to do if I was out. I was not out and the product arrived safely and well wrapped when I was told that it would. I cannot vouch for the quality of the product as it is a Christmas present but the online service was excellent. Thank you very much Judy King”
