“We bought a kettle from Barnitts last year which developed a fault. We were expecting to have difficulty to resolve this but we could not have been more wrong. Within 3 days we had a replacement delivered. It was the best customer service I have experienced and can't speak highly enough of them.”

“Item was out of stock when I placed the order but I was notified of expected date of new stock. Advised of delivery date and courier site was excellent to see when delivery would be made. Excellent product priced about £30 less than John Lewis”

“I searched high and low for fair priced bedroom oak furniture. I live in Manchester and Barnitts in York had exactly what I wanted. That said, I feel if the product images were of a larger size and various angles of the product were provided my purchase wouldn't of felt so much of a risk.”

“My order was for a Dualit 1 1/2 litre kettle. I was delighted with the way you kept in touch and communicated full details as to what was going to happen next. We were required to be away from home quite unexpectedly and you were able to defer delivery until a convenient date. Thank you so much.”

“Ordered goods on 12th December 2015 for a Christmas present. Website stated 2 in stock, but when goods didn't arrive I called and was told that they weren't in stock. They didn't arrive until 13th January 2016, too late for a Christmas present. The communication from Barnitts was ok, but I felt let down by the service.”

“Only disappointed with the fact that part of my order was out of stock and not advised of this until after I had ordered it. Luckily it was not necessary to have the out of stock part for christmas. I chose this website because it showed both parts in stock.”
