“My order didn't process fully on the web, although payment was made and therefore i didn't receive confirmation but this was quickly resolved. The chairs arrived via courier service but as I was expecting to arrange a delivery date these had to be left with a neighbour. I would have preferred to be able to select a delivery date for a bulky order.”

“We bought a kettle from Barnitts last year which developed a fault. We were expecting to have difficulty to resolve this but we could not have been more wrong. Within 3 days we had a replacement delivered. It was the best customer service I have experienced and can't speak highly enough of them.”

“Item was out of stock when I placed the order but I was notified of expected date of new stock. Advised of delivery date and courier site was excellent to see when delivery would be made. Excellent product priced about £30 less than John Lewis”

“I searched high and low for fair priced bedroom oak furniture. I live in Manchester and Barnitts in York had exactly what I wanted. That said, I feel if the product images were of a larger size and various angles of the product were provided my purchase wouldn't of felt so much of a risk.”
