“It was a little frustrating that the website listed the item I ordered as available yet it clearly had to be ordered from a supplier. That said I was kept informed by email of the issues which reassured me greatly.”

“product required was out of stock so had to wait 3 weeks. after 4 weeks i had to email to chase delivery of overdue item which was then delivered the following day. not as good a service as i normally recieve from Barnitts. but will still use again in future!!”

“I was most impressed - I received my order (4 plates ) within 48 hours of ordering on line. In spite of what I would consider very adequate packaging one had broken in transit. I phoned and was assured most apologetically that a replacement would be sent immediately - I received it the following day! All achieved in the run up to Christmas!!”
