“Thank you for the delivery of the items ordered Very good service - you didn't have them in stock when we ordered but you emailed to say when they would be back in stock and that no money would be taken until the order could be fulfilled This is exactly what happened ! Many thanks”

“I ordered four dinner plates that arrived in a sturdy cardboard box swathed in plenty of bubble wrap which ensured that they arrived safely and in four whole pieces. The ordering system was very easy and I would have no hesitation in ordering from Barnitts again.”

“We I first rang to order the person I spoke to could not have been more helpful. The item arrived within two days. Unfortunately it was damaged, but this was no fault of Barnitts, as they couldn't see inside the manufacturers box. A quick call and the return was arranged with a perfect replacement delivered at the same time the return was collected AND AT NO COST TO ME! Why did I order from Barnitts when I live in the South of England - because they were cheaper than Amazon. Even if they aren't cheaper in future, I will go to them first to see if they have what I want, Excellent.”
