“my coal bucket was a little small on receiving it so I called back to change it for the larger one. the service was absolutely excellent and the exchange was all sorted out very promptly. the new bucket is absolutely perfect. thank you very much barnitts”

“Quick and efficient service. Website was slightly disappointing as the colours for the ash bucket etc were not accessible and had to settle for what came up on the order form. Probable my error but certainly was not easy to find.Highly delighted with the products. Linda Griffith”

“Very quick delivery ie next day. the packing was good but the lid was still dented as if someone trod or sat on it. have managed to push it back out, but not completely so a little disappointed ...you can send a replacement if you like but I cant be bothered to wrap up the damaged one again! thanks Ivan”
