“Was very much impressed and pleased with the help and speedy reply for my purchase, my only concern was that the delivery by parcel force was very complicated, firstly they tried to deliver the package, but I was at work, they left a card which I replied and tried to arrange collection at local post office the following day, arrived at post office but was told no parcel was available, contacted parcel force again and they said that because of the size of the parcel it could not go to a post office, why did they not tell me that when I first contacted them. then made further arrangements for oarcel to be delivered am one morning, but they did not arrive until approx 3 in the afternoon. next I would use Royal Mail, at least you can collect at local branch. Apart from that would recommend Barnitts to anyone for their great service”

“I ordered a mug from Barnitts at the last minute before Christmas, because another company let me down. Barnitts processed my online order immediately and dispatched it within just an hour or two of ordering. It was delivered two days later and had been well packaged up so it arrived in perfect condition, in time for Christmas. Thank you.”

“Absolutely fabulous!!!!! My wife got a lovely soup tureen and ladle and my faith in retailing and customer service was restored. Strangely enough a minor problem only reinforced the quality of the retailer. The ladle was cracked (it looked like a problem with too little packing in the manufacturer's box-the packing by the distributor was extensive). My e-mail with the problem was answered very very promptly to say a replacement was on its way and sure enough this arrived today brilliantly packaged to ensure safe delivery this time. So top marks to Barnitts - I strongly recommend without hesitation. Keith S”

“Very impressed to receive an e-mail which allowed me to change delivery date to suit, even more impressed to receive an e-mail on day of delivery specifying a one hour slot, the name of the driver and then to have it delivered at the beginning of that slot, well done to Barnitts and the courier best ever delivery and the item was fine too.”

“Barnitts were very quick to replace a product that was unfortunately faulty. Their communication was excellent, and they arranged for courier to pick up product from a different address to original delivery. Good value for money too. Would use Barnitts again.”
