“Item was as advertised and shipped/received quickly and intact. Thanks! We live in Canada. This has made gift giving to our daughter in the UK much easier. I do have one issue though. On the website it indicated that the item could be marked or sent as a gift when shipped but when I purchased the item, there was no place that I could see to indicate this. As a result, I had to email my daughter to advise her that if a parcel came from your store, she shouldn't open it until her birthday (which was yesterday). I ordered it well in advance in case there were any delays so she actually received it a couple of weeks ago. She is happy with it and it appears on skype to be as advertised.”

“Unfortunately I had to have some items from my order replaced. This was not a problem and I was kept up to date with the delay in replacing items really well. Level of service very good, delay was with the supplier. It would not stop me ordering form Barnitts again”

“Website easy to navigate with a comprehensive range of products and straightforward ordering process. Delivery was flexible, with facility to change date/time offered. Unfortunately one item was broken in transit, but was replaced quickly and without any fuss. Overall I certainly recommend Barnitts and would use them again.”

“would of liked to have had a delivery date but you did not give me one so had no idea when parcel would arrive. my order was left at a neighbours which was ok. really pleased he took it in as i would of had to redeliver. have,nt had blankets long enough to try out all the controls.”

“The chair delivered was not of good quality and broke on the day of delivery. However, your staff were very responsive at sorting the problem, arranging for the chair to be collected and money refunded (Your staff offered a replacement, but I thought there was something significantly wrong with the chair design, so requested a refund instead).”

“Once despatched, quickly delivered by cheerful DPD man. The glasses arrived safely, well padded in the cardboard box. Only criticism, a little slow arriving after the date, 31st Jan., when you said you would have the glasses in stock. A. W. Johnson”

“Item arrived safely, though the courier tried to deliver to my address even though I had chosen the "leave with neighbour" option. I ended up collecting it from the DPD Reading depot. Pleased with the coffee grinder so far, seems a decent product. Hopefully it will last a few years.”

“A bit of a delay as the item was not in stock. I was emailed with a possible date being the 6th Jan '14. To be honest I had forgotten all about them till I received a dispatch email the other day!”
