“Waited quite a long time for stock to come in, i was given advice on this and was happy to wait. Once in stock the goods arrived very promptly. Will use Barnitts again.”

“Only told me after order placed that not in stock. When it arrived it was broken. However..... I called customer service, emailed them a photo and a replacement was with me within 2 days. Overall therefore very pleased with item and follow up customer service, But it would be better to know before ordering if something was not in stock.”

“The order took a bit longer to be delivered than you would expect for a standard item BUT the price was the best out there so worth waiting for. When the item was originally delivered there had been a mix up (my order went to somebody else, and I got theirs) so it had to be sent back. Normally this would be a pain but the support team were so helpful and friendly arranging collection etc it really was not so bad. I now have my item and I am very pleased with it. 10 out 10 for the telephone support team!”

“Barnitts response was good however the product is not identical to our last order. This can cause us problems, as a manufacturer trying to keep costs down. Constantly changing our jigs to the unreliable depths will mean us looking else ware if you can not standardise.”

“Great toaster, well worth the wait we now have 2 min. toast instead of 10 min.toast from under our ancient grill! I had a Dualit many moons ago so worth the extra few pounds.”

“Bit of a long wait for my kettle & toaster as they were out of stock for 4 weeks, however they kept me informed & shipped promptly as soon as the order was in. Delivered safely & I love the items so thank you :-)”

“I have used Barnitts twice now to order goods. Very pleased with the first order, prompt delivery and excellent , kept informed every step of the way. Still awaiting second order but again being kept informed. Part of the order now unavailable would have liked to have been asked if I wanted an alternative item.”
