“Barnitts were very quick to replace a product that was unfortunately faulty. Their communication was excellent, and they arranged for courier to pick up product from a different address to original delivery. Good value for money too. Would use Barnitts again.”

“It was a little frustrating that the website listed the item I ordered as available yet it clearly had to be ordered from a supplier. That said I was kept informed by email of the issues which reassured me greatly.”

“One small gripe with my purchase was it was shown as 'in stock' when i ordered but as soon as i placed my order i was told it was out of stock. However the communication and dispatch etc were very good so would use again. Thanks”

“I was slightly worried when you informed me of a delay due to out of stock on one of the two items I had ordered.The web page assured me it was in stock. and the delay on the whole order minimal not quite perfect but near enough. a good service.”

“I was sent an email saying my order was out of stock so emailed back asking for further details and had a reply within half a day from a real person explaining that it had been sent in error. Mistakes can happen to any company its how they deal with them that tells how well a company is run. Would certainly use them again. My order arrived the next day”

“Found this company online for the first time; impressed with competitive pricing. Took a little longer to deliver than some online firms but this was not a problem to us. It would have been handy to have an expected delivery date from the start as we were concerned when nothing arrived and we heard nothing for a week or more. Otherwise - excellent”
