“MY DELIVERY WAS GOOD AND ON TIME HOWEVER, I SUBSEQUENTLY TRIED TO RING TO PLACE A FURTHER ORDER AND WAS MET BY ANSWERPHONES, PEOPLE WHO SAID IT WAS THE WRONG DEPARTMENT ETC SO I WENT TO OUR LOCAL B & Q!!”

“Staff were always polite and helpful. Only complaint is much of the items I chose from the website were not in stock and I had to wait rather too long for them to be sent. Overall experience was favourable”

“This order was very satisfactory, apart from one omission, the 'rabbit side' cookie cutter, which I understand was out of stock at the time and for which I was not charged . I was very pleased with the products when they arrived, carefully packed in bubble wrap. I was also warned by email of the imminent arrival. Was impressed overall with the products and the service. I shall look forward to ordering with Barnitts again.”

“Once everything was in stock delivery was next day which is very good for free delivery. The dryer is not as yet in use but looks very sturdy.”

“My order was taken over the phone because my internet was down. Very helpful assistant. Delivery was later than I hope due to stock availability but the price best John Lewis and with free postage! Overall very happy.”
