“Total order arrived and as I instructed had been left over the garden gate - all contents were packed securely and no damage whatsoever. Hadn't reallised when I ordered that the item was not in stock - but you kept me informed along the way and in fact the arrival was earlier than anticipated. Will use your website again to look for special things. Many thanks.”

“I purchased the Batman tray through Barnitts as the picture on the website looked like it was a 'widescreen' shape tray and this is what I was after however the tray delivered was of normal size. I didn't see any sizes mentioned in the description so I went on the picture alone. That said, I am very happy with the product and delivery was very quick. More importantly, my partner loves it so I'm happy :)”

“I have given Good as my rating, because of the VERY reasonable price we paid. I would have given Very Good but after purchasing, we received an e-mail advising us that there would be a short delay in delivering, due to the product being out of stock. We were kept informed as to when the product would be delivered. Fortunately, we were in no hurry and as I mentioned, the price we paid was really good.”

“I had to wait a bit for my order but I was notified immediately that it wasn't in stock and was advised once dispatched. My payment wasn't collected until the item was dispatched. Excellent shop, excellent online service :)”
