“In all aspects, Barnitts provided excellent service. Personal contact by phone was both pleasant and helpful. My web order was delivered speedily and contact prior to delivery from the carrier gave me a 2 hour slot in which to expect the parcel unlike many deliveries which can be any time of day from 8am to 6 pm! My other reason for using Barnitts on this occasion was their competitive price - £10 less than Amazon and service which the latter could never give!”

“I ordered a kettle which was already cheaper than most places and in stock. Arrived next day and in A1 order. Cannot recommend Barnitt's enough. I had found them using a search engine as I had a particular item needed - and will use again and again. Thanks.”

“Superb service - ordered a Heated Duvet in October but we were advised immediately that it was out of stock. Barnitts also told us when to expect delivery. It actually arrived 1 week earlier. Have since recommended the Barnitts to 2 friends and they too have received excellent service. A quick mention also to DPD, the parcel delivery company that Barnitts use - again, superb service.”
