“I had problems accessing your web site, so I rang your sales department to place the order. I am one of the managers in the medical centre, (although I have had 25 years in retail). I ordered the gift as part of a leaving present for one of the partners. It was lovely to speak to the lady on the telephone who was very helpful and a credit to your company. “Ordered several pack of cat treats from Barnitts. Their website tells you how many of each item is in stock, unlike some other retailers. My order was processed and shipped within a day and was with my a couple of days later. Excellent service!!”

“No conformation of order email from Barnitts until prompted, no mention on the website that items were out of stock, with a 5 week delay. No email advising dispatch. All in all poor communication.”

“My order took ages to arrive. Took a month to receive. I had to chase all the time asking where it is. Your suppliers were letting you down. Every time I emailed in the morning to ask if you knew when my order would be met, I had to, each time, send a second email to get an answer as my first one always went unanswered. I even had to telephone as well. Wouldn't use Barnitts online service again.”
