“Once item was back in stock (waited 7 months for new stock to arrive) the item was delivered by DPD the very next day. The fireguard is a replacement for an old one of the same design and it is perfect. My only gripe is having to wait so long for it to arrive!”

“very disappointed to get an e mail this morning asking for feedback on the order when I have received nothing and have not had a card put through my door. Just tried to phone customer services and was the usual "we are experiencing a high number of calls" was played . Left a message and yet to hear anything back. not impressed.”
