“It would be useful to be able to designate a safe place for delivery when the customer is not at home. I gave up trying to pass on that information as the Barnitts phone line was always too busy to accept a call.”

“Customer service as it should be - EXCELLENT. All of the staff that I dealt with in deciding on items, checking stock and then ordering were efficient, friendly and helpful. My purchase of Grunwerg saucepans, frying pan, steamer was done by phone and was simplicity itself. Items arrived safely within 24 hours. An amazing experience on every count. I have nothing but glowing praise for BARNITTs.”
