“This was the first time I'd bought from Barnitts by mail order, although I have often bought from their shop in York. I found it relatively easy to find what I wanted on line, and was amazed to actually receive it the next day given that I live on the south coast. Full marks for speed of delivery, and informing me that it was on its way.”

“No negative comments whatsoever, other than the usual one about prices generally and how much anything costs nowadays. That comment is not specific to this retailer in any way. Website functioned well and was easy to use, ordering went smoothly, as did payment. Parcel arrived very well packaged and quickly. Goods were of good quality and what we had hoped for. I would not hesitate in using Barnitts again and am most happy with my first experience with them.”
