“Telephoned on a Saturday morning and got a lovely lady who took my order. I had an email on Monday morning to say it had been despatched then got another email Tuesday morning to say roughly when the item would be delivered. It arrived on time. Not only were they the best umbrella stands I had come across but the cost and service was fantastic!! Would definitely use this company again. VERY impressed. Sally”

“The pole does NOT fit our existing 'concreted' hole. I did look to see on the web site but this info was nearly impossible to get hold of. This means I have to hunt around for some sort of insert - or dig the damn thing up - which will be a monumental task. You could argue that this is my own fault - although I will still contest that the info should be there. What is a disappointment is the height of the washing line. Its OK if you are a dwarf but otherwise very short - much shorter than my old washing line. It also feels less sturdy - although this remains to be seen if it is the case. All things considered - I would be reluctant to buy another brabantia. If you are a dwarf and like what appears to be a sub standard product just because it has the brabantia name - then Barnitts are a good company to deal with. They delivered double quick and I could not fault their service”
