“after looking online for ages to try and work out what was the best place to buy a chimenea and which one I wanted, I ended up ordering locally with Barnitts after the ad popped up online - a shop I've known and trusted for years but didn't realise they did an online service. I rang and spoke to a very helpful sales assistant who was able to check what i wanted was available from their supplier whilst I waited, paid for over phone and shipped to me in two working days. arrived on time and the whole process was smooth and pain-free. Thanks. Emma”

“Unfortunately my package did not have my name on it just my house name, fortunately I was aware it would be arriving, otherwise the delivery man would have been struggling to delivery as there are several properties with similar names under the same post code.”

“This is our second order from Barnitts. On both occasions it was easy to order, very good updates on the order processing arrangements, and very rapid delivery of "exactly what we wanted"!!”

“Easy to put together and good fun using. Only criticism would be that the cooking tray arm is not very stable and just a little too high. Otherwise brilliant and brought the family together around the warm fire in the garden.”

“Excellent service.my items were out of stock but was told expected date in.On that date was told delivery was next day.Wasnt able to be in but arranged a safe delivery place.Everything was smooth and could not fault any aspect of service.Only problem one item was faulty so awaiting replacement.If that is delivered as promised I will not have any complaints about using this company again.”
