“I only used the pan once to make jam and the bottom of the pan is partially burnt and I cant get it off even with soda and bicarb or soda used overnight. I would like a replacement please.”

“My order was for a Brabantia pedal bin. I found the ordering of the product on-line went smoothly, the payment was accepted efficiently and the delivery was well informed too. The company who made the delivery gave near real-time updates on the expected delivery time too which helped. The product was delivered to the door and was well protected during transit. So, the product arrived safe and sound, and is now enjoying life in its new home.”

“Telephoned on a Saturday morning and got a lovely lady who took my order. I had an email on Monday morning to say it had been despatched then got another email Tuesday morning to say roughly when the item would be delivered. It arrived on time. Not only were they the best umbrella stands I had come across but the cost and service was fantastic!! Would definitely use this company again. VERY impressed. Sally”
