“Tiny dent on bread bin but not worth doing anything about, can't be seen anyway. I am sure that if I had wanted to complain and return it to York there would not have been a problem. The delivery was good and prompt. But I must say I am biased as when I visit York that is the place to have a good look around especially for the husbands!”

“Ordered a bread bin which was faulty on arrival this was a replacement.Waited a week for it to be reordered but was delivered the day after.Collected from DPD depot on the evening which was no problem just handed over damaged bin and was swapped for replacement.All in all an excellent service cannot fault any aspect of it.”

“after looking online for ages to try and work out what was the best place to buy a chimenea and which one I wanted, I ended up ordering locally with Barnitts after the ad popped up online - a shop I've known and trusted for years but didn't realise they did an online service. I rang and spoke to a very helpful sales assistant who was able to check what i wanted was available from their supplier whilst I waited, paid for over phone and shipped to me in two working days. arrived on time and the whole process was smooth and pain-free. Thanks. Emma”
