“I would say 'very good', but unfortunately the wrong item was dispatched by mistake. An exchange of courteous emails rapidly resolved the issue and the correct item arrived within 2 days. So that qualifies as 'good'.”

“The toaster I ordered was delayed versus the expected order date...however Barnitts kept me updated with progress without me having to ask...so I was fine with that. The toaster arrived on the revised date and is great. Good service.”

“The service from Barnitts itself was fine but the product was not as described. The string to hold the ironing board cover in place was not strong enough for the job, so I had to sew some loops on it and tie it one with string myself. However I've not yet found an ironing board cover that had a decent method of fixing it to the board, so I was not surprised and was resigned to doing a bit of sewing to fix it.”

“Our bin arrived with a dint in the top, so we were a bit disappointed. But after contacting the customer services department, who responded very quickly and efficiently, they immediately sent a new bin. So, in the end, we're very pleased with the service.”

“Ordered the Petface Oxford Oval Bed XL for our Collie/Springer dog. He usually likes to sleep flat with his legs out so was uncertain of size to order. The XL is perfect, he still has room to do that but also seems to like to curl up too now!! He loves it.”
