“First I would like to say that I have shopped with you for many years. You are well stocked with a huge variety of quality goods and the service is excellent. However, my first foray into online shopping was disappointing. On May 30th this year I ordered some Sluggo for the garden and two plant pot caddies. The caddies were out of stock and I decided to wait. On June 19th, they were still out of stock. On July 14th I was told they had been dispatched but by this time I had just bought some Sluggo so will be returning the one you sent. I was also surprised that these items were delivered by mail, as I had expected them to arrive by van when you were in my area. I was hoping the online shopping would be successful as I have no car and cannot carry heavy things, but maybe I will try again sometime. Meanwhile I shall continue to visit your shop. Best wishes.”
