“Pricing was very good- much cheaper than anywhere else I looked at online. Not quite so good at responding promptly to email queries but apart from that minor issue everything else was good.”

“Good service. Our order arrived 2 days after we placed the order. It was for a birthday present which we haven't yet handed over. If it is anything like the goods we have bought before from Barnitts it should be well received.”

“The service was good and the delivery was fast. However the way the came packaged was a surprise I ordered some candles and with how they arrived I’m shocked they didn’t snap. Considering they were shoved in a box they didn’t fit in and was about 2 inches either side sticking out. Maybe could have done with more thought on behalf of the packaging.”

“The order was fulfilled efficiently. but delivery was problematic, since DPD would only e-mail approx. time of delivery around 11am, when I and my wife were not at home, and had no immediate access to the internet. DPD in the past, sent an e-mail with delivery info 7.30- 7.45am - for us, much more convenient time. The ONLY downside.”

“Excellent service, item delivered promptly and no issue about it being delivered before Xmas (didn’t even need uk ask!). Just as described, very pleased excellent quality and price. Free delivery on the specified day. A time slot for delivery would be helpful, even a text on the day to say what the expected time slot would be, as Hermes do. Otherwise would’ve given the review 5 stars.”
