“It would have been helpful to know when my item was going to be delivered. Not knowing if it would arrive in time for a birthday I had to buy an alternative present. Fortunately Christmas is just around the corner and this item will be okay for that.”

“Neff replacements for a gas hob arrived well packaged. Still awaiting a part which was out of stock at time of purchase but paid for. The web site resulted in me trailing through 29 pages before I found the last gas hob pice, It would have been easier if the gas tops were listed together”

“Ordered the two trivets, they are not made of thick stainless steel like our old ones. But they are still good quality, very pleased with them. Ordering was easy and quick and also quick delivery. Have bought lots of things from Barnitts and will carry on doing so.”

“Easy ordering and everything went well. The only thing i would say is that on the web page it said immediate delivery. I ordered it on Friday and it came the following Thursday. That was fine with me as I didn’t need it urgently, but maybe a bit misleading If i was wanting to get something quickly. I would certainly order from you again though”

“The order went through seemlessly and product arrived as expected. I was kept up to date with delivery too. I would have liked to have been offered the option to get the tap adaptor with it though as once I'd put it together, I realised I couldn't actually use it! Thanks for a good service.”

“The ordering and delivery of my compost was made easy and straightforward by your staff. I was impressed by the delivery man and how careful he was with distance and wearing gloves and a face mask, and how polite he was. I would have given 5 stars but I was not sent an email telling me when the delivery would be.”
